View3 Feature
Teachers can project up to three representations of graph, table, equation, list window and STAT plot screens at the same time, helping increase student understanding of concepts and relationships–as recommended in NSTM standards.
Key Press History
As keys are selected, the teacher can project key images and entire sequences to the class. Students can more easily follow the lesson and stay on track.
Multiple Screen Captures
Teachers can easily create and save multiple screen captures, as well as copy screens and key press histories into Microsoft Word® or PowerPoint® documents.
Preloaded Demonstrations (Scripts)
Scripts help teachers increase their familiarity and comfort in using graphing calculators–ideal for newcomers to graphing and for those expanding their skills. Teachers can prerecord their own key press operation for playback in class. It’s easy to create, edit, play, pause and change the delivery speed of scripts, plus save them on the computer for future instruction.
Large Screen View
Teachers can project an expanded calculator screen to help make sure students in large or crowded classrooms can see important details.
TI Data Collection
TI-SmartView software connects with TI CBL 2 or CBR 2 data collection devices to provide real-world data collection and analysis.
Visual Key Pressing
Teachers can highlight projected keys to clearly show selections to the class –by using a mouse to select the keys on the TI-SmartView or by pressing the keys on a USB-linked TI-83 Plus, TI-84 Plus or TI-84 Plus Silver Edition graphing calculator.
