Our website will add sales tax to all orders shipping to the following states:
AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, & WV
If you are tax exempt, please contact us directly to get a tax exempt account set up. Every state has different tax rules but our friendly sales team will let you know exactly what we would need from you to get you set up with a tax exempt account.

Yes, Calculators Inc accepts purchase orders from private schools. Please contact Calculators Inc directly to determine what is needed to set up an account. issuer for assistance.
Yes. Calculators Inc accepts purchase orders from public schools. A copy of the Net 30 purchase order needs to be e-mailed, faxed, or mail to us for processing.
Yes! Our website cannot be used to do this. Please contact Calculators Inc to obtain a quote. We will need the full address and the items that you are interested. We will get a quote to you and once you are ready to move forward with the purchase, give us a call to place your order using your Pcard.
No. Calculators Inc does not accept credit cards from outside the United States. If the billing address or credit card issuer is outside the United States, our website will decline the order. However, your credit card issuer may put a pending hold on the funds. This is not a charge by Calculators Inc. Calculators Inc is unable to remove the pending hold. You would need to contact your credit card issuer for assistance.
Calculators Inc highly suggests that you do not try to place an order on our website unless your credit card is issued by a bank in the United States and the billing address is in the United States.
